This piece got me to the semi finals in the '9' competition over at Deviant Art.It didn't get the most views out of all the pieces I submitted, but it got me some attention. I reckon I'll be concentrating on my own characters and comics for a while now.

Above is a shot of one of the characters from the graphic novel and animated movie - I am creating, 'Slide Zone' - [Pearl of Wisdom]. The Robot above is deliberately Retro - and a part of the team starring in the adventure.

These pics are test shots and lighting experimentations for movie work, animations and trailers I am making. The picture directly above is a version of a shot from my previous post. This time it has had effects added such as explosions and lighting effects to it. The bits flying through the air are there to help suggest movement and atmosphere.

Flying Saucers vs the Earth Teaser Trailer #1.

The first Trailer for GRAPHETEER.I started this off with some shots of the Earth and various scenes of general mayhem and explosions some months ago now.Alan Brooks and my friend Derek Dallas rounded things out as we all pitched in to complete the work shown here.This is a Teaser,so there is more to come ! I am particularly pleased with what looks like the documentary footage in New York ! Anyway - stay tuned, more to follow soon for Flying Saucers vs the Earth !

Screamer Bike for Ray Harryhausen Presents.

Pictured here is a design of a 'Screamer'. A Screamer is a rough terrain hover bike which operates in near impossible conditions. I designed it for 'Ray Harryhausen Presents'. The bike appears in the comic series from Bluewater Productions - Flying Saucers vs the Earth - released May 2008. Out Now ! The Graphic Novel collection follows August 2008.

Models for Comic Book Series.

These models are for the Comic Series 'Ret Romanne - Invisinator', by Alan Brooks for Bluewater Productions. The vehicles are Magna Cars which hover and can speed along metallic tracks between the Cloud Bases around UNtopia. Designed by Alan Brooks. Built by Jay Brooks.
